Online strength & conditioning
Shadow Lab Strength
Baseball strength should show up when baseball starts.
For athletes age 14 and older who need complete weekly programming, seasonal direction, exercise instruction, and coaching support without paying personal-training prices. The plan is provided. The accountability belongs to the athlete.
Best for
Aspiring varsity starters, college players, and professional players who are ready to train independently and want a serious baseball-specific plan.
What the athlete receives

Classroom development · 16+
College Prep
Getting recruited is not the finish line.
College Prep is for serious players with a credible path toward college baseball. It exists to bridge the gap between earning an opportunity and being prepared to handle it.
What is included
- 17 foundational classroom sessions

- Continued real-time conversations after the foundation

What is not included
Strength programming, in-person baseball training, facility access, or any guarantee of recruiting, roster placement, or playing time.
Hybrid development · 14+
Performance
Talent creates opportunity. Dependable performance keeps it.
Performance is built for advanced players whose physical tools and training do not yet appear consistently enough in games. The goal is to help the athlete become more prepared, adaptable, game-ready, and trustworthy.
What is included
- Individualized physical-development programming
- Scheduled in-person development sessions

- Evaluation, accountability, and ongoing communication
- Seasonal adjustments around competition demands
Spring schedule: The program remains active from February through May, but sessions may move, combine, or adjust around Jefferson College, high school, and summer competition schedules. Communication is required.

Select
Do not wait until college to learn how college baseball works.
Select is designed for the best players in the area—typically Division I commits and elite prospects—who need a training environment that matches the level of their talent and prepares them for the reality they are about to enter.

The objective: Help elite players arrive with a plan, understand how trust is earned, and avoid looking or operating like freshmen.
10U–15U teams
Team Foundations
A better foundation for how young players understand the game.
Foundations is purchased by a team, coach, director, or organization. Players enter a college baseball environment for age-appropriate work led by Matthew and selected Jefferson College players, paired with meaningful conversation about preparation, strategy, communication, and the game.
