For summer programs, directors, and coaches

Bring a college-level learning environment to your team.

Shadow Lab Foundations gives 10U–15U teams more than another clinic. It gives young players an age-appropriate introduction to how advanced baseball players train, communicate, prepare, and understand the game.

The experience

College baseball work. Age-appropriate teaching. Real conversation.

Sessions are led by Matthew Albritton alongside selected Jefferson College players.

Players work through age-appropriate versions of the activities used inside a college program while hearing the language, questions, and explanations that give the work meaning. The goal is not to overwhelm young athletes with advanced information. It is to give them a better foundation for understanding why the game is played the way it is.
